The script zwplots-sho executes the master script ../xwplots to produce various plots of the shock alert plots and of parameters along the IMF lines.

Firstly, the master script is called to compile the code and compute a demo case. Then, the master script is called to plot the results by the following plot procedures:

• plot_sho1 = Plot shock-SEP alert plot - 1 slice
• plot_sho1e5 = Plot shock-SEP alert plot - 1 slice (lon) & 1-5 alerts at 1 observer
• plot_sho1o5 = Plot shock-SEP alert plot - 1 slice (lon) & 1 alert at 1-5 observers
• plot_sho2e1 = Plot shock-SEP alert plot - 2 slices (global+detail), 1 observer
• plot_sho2z = Plot shock-SEP alert plot - 2 slices (global+detail)
• plot_shoevo1o5 = Plot shock-SEP alert plot - 1 alert at 1-5 observers
• plot_shoevo5o1 = Plot shock-SEP alert plot - 1-5 alerts at 1 observer

Usage

The plot procedures can be called with various parameters as described in their headers.
